We are pleased to offer our products to wholesale customers internationally.
WHOLESALE PROGRAM
Are you a business owner?
We offer competitive wholesale pricing to qualified businesses, including retailers.
To qualify, you must demonstrate your business status (e.g., business card).
Minimum Order
We have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and a minimum order amount for each product.
Please note that we may not be able to accept small orders.
Terms & Conditions
All orders must be prepaid. Prices are quoted Ex-Works (EXW), which excludes shipping costs.

We will be happy to discuss your individual needs and provide you with a customized proposal.
Payment Terms
We currently accept payment via bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T) only.
Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.
Further payment details will be provided with your sales confirmation.
Shipping
We encourage you to utilize your own preferred shipping agent.
We can deliver your order to your designated agent within Japan for onward shipment.
Alternatively, we can arrange shipping for an additional cost, which will be quoted upon request.
Cancellation & Returns
Order cancellations are not accepted after sales confirmation is issued.
Returns are only accepted for defective products or due to our error.
Claims for defects or errors must be submitted within one month of receipt of the shipment.
We will not accept claims, returns, or offer refunds after this timeframe.
Product Characteristics
Please note that many of our products are handcrafted or utilize natural materials.
This may result in a rustic or uneven finish.
These inherent characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns.
